1. Advanced payment rate is non-refundable and not able to cancel.
2. Date of the booking can be changed one time with following terms & conditions:
   • Change must be done through hotel's sales office at the latest 7 days prior to arrival
   • Shall the Advance payment rate of another date be more expensive than the original Advance payment rate, price difference is charged during the date of a change from the same credit card, where the original advance payment has been done. If the original payment has been done through online bank, price difference is charged when the guest arrives to the hotel.
   • Shall the Advance payment rate of another date be more inexpensive, price difference is not refunded.
3. Rates are valid according to availability and rates may have some limits related to the length of a stay.
